Any maintenance issues should be reported to us so we can inform your Landlord and deal with it promptly. It will be up to you to look after the property, to ensure it is kept well and no damage is caused. We will contact you after a few months to inspect the property and make sure you are happy here.

We will provide you with an emergency out of hours number should you require this service.
